Hips, Hips, Healthy Hips!

The hips are the junction between the lower limbs of the body and the spine. For healthy hips we need both mobility of the muscles and joints as well as strength and stability. In this workshop, we’ll explore and refine which muscles to release and where to engage.

Pre-requisites: Recommended previous experience in Iyengar Yoga or completion of our Beginner’s course.

YOGA FOR BETTER SLEEP

Saturday, November, 9:00-10:00 AM

Sleep is as important to our health as eating, drinking and breathing. For some of us, sleep can be amazingly difficult and elusive.
In the workshop, participants will learn a short sequence of calming yoga poses to promote restful sleep. Additionally, they’ll learn strategies for supporting healthy sleep and managing challenges when sleep doesn’t go well.

Includes 2 hour class, handouts, access to recording of class for one month and sequence.
