The following sequences were created by the Iyengar Institute of New York.  Please use caution when practicing on your own.  The Level 1 includes 4 sequences that are appropriate for those that are current students in the Level 1 and Beginner class.  Level II sequences are geared towards more experienced students of Iyengar Yoga and include inversions such as headstand and shoulder stand.  If these are not part of a regular practice, omit these poses until you have built confidence in a class to practice independently.
