Pre-requisites: Please review. These are a starting point to build upon:
Particulary with Online format, Participants should feel confident in the following and/or know how to adapt for their own needs: Be able to hold Sirsasana for 5 minutes, Sarvangasana for 10 minutes, take care of their own injuries, Push up into Urdhva Dhanurasana and have a regular practice of asana and pranayama.
These are a baseline for the retreat and we will be working with variations in inversions, arm balances and more advanced backbends.
